Hector was hooked on the medium right from the start and was first introduced to street painting at the Lake Worth festival 19 years ago. He began as a self-taught artist many years ago self-taught that he has learned has come from his interaction with and observations of other great artists he has met throughout his career. As a street artist, Hector’s preferred medium is chalk and as part of the “Chalk Guys” duo, he has created many 2D and 3D paintings for festivals and commercial clients alike. Hector also creates murals and has a successful Graphics Design business catering to several regional and national clients.
