Katie Bogan
Wisconsin
Katie started street painting when she was 8 years old and has participated in chalk festivals every year since. Originally from Austin, Texas, she has travelled all over the country participating in festivals and has won numerous awards for her work. While she has a passion for the arts, she does not take commissions or do any commercial work, as her other passion and career is in the sciences. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Chemistry and is currently working on a master’s in Environmental Policy, hoping to eventually pursue an Environmental Law degree. Despite her busy professional career in the sciences, she continues to make time for a few chalk festivals each year.
